who want to create a quality product, not just fatten their wallets at the expense of public

Like other states, Texas is battling with laws which prevent deliveries to people's homes from out-of-state wineries. This means that
if you're a wine lover in Texas, you're stuck with whatever your local wine shop carries. You don't have the choice the folks in
other states have. The legal argument hinges on whether or not its constitutional, since it favors in-state business over out-of-state
business, violating the principles of free trade between the states.
