Haven't had much time, or inclination, really, to make breakfast foods for Matt lately.
But Wednesday morning, around 1:30 (don't even ask what I was doing up at that hour), I decided I was fed up with myself for not baking anything, turned the computer back on, and printed out this recipe for Peanut Butter Muffins. I threw in a generous half cup of peanut butter chips, for good measure.
Pretty standard muffin prep, and half an hour later, breakfast was served...ok, four hours later when Matt actually got up, but you get the point!
