Peanut Butter Bread

Because breakfast is the most important...blah, blah.
For Matt to take to work this week: a dense, incredibly peanut butter-y, loaf bread.
He hasn't tried it yet, but I expect an update from him later.
Butter creamed with both sugar and brown sugar, adding egg and vanilla, peanut butter (
thank you, Joe!) then flour, baking powder and salt, and finally, milk.
Makes a nice, thick, batter. Bake 50 minutes.
And don't forget---Blog Party #2, Tiki Party, is just ten days away!

Pb&j For Breakfast
If I don't force the issue, Matt will 'forget' to eat breakfast.

Forget the 'huh?' of that statement...

Normally, he'd just have a Pop-Tart at work, and occasionally make eggs and toast for himself at home.

 I do what I...
