Wow...what an easily prepared, and darn good, dinner.
Cheese Tortellini with Walnut Pesto; walnuts, parsley, garlic, olive oil, S&P, and Parmesan coarsely 'pulsed', tossed with cheese tortellini, butter and a bit of cooking liquid.
Simple ingredients, comes together quickly, and filling.
