Today is the start of the Fancy Food Show. It's a trade show that happens three times a year and lucky me, the Winter show is always in San Francisco.

The Winter show is a particularly good opportunity to check out new products from around the world and see what trends are emerging. I will be tasting and checking out as much as I can, and reporting back of course. It's always a treat to discover new products and share them.
